Beach Waders
I've been keeping an eye on the small numbers of roosting waders on the beach over the last few days, but nothing out of the ordinary since the Little Stint, but a lone Sanderling is uncommon for the estuary and counts of up to 14 Dunlin and 6 Ringed Plover. Other birds around the Otter in the last few days have included 80+ Teal on the newly flooded scrapes and only a dozen Wigeon.
