Thought I would share a good Sri Lankan pudding with you - Watalappan. I am not usually a fan of coconut, but this is pretty good and rich and is basically a spiced coconut custard in a sort of jelly form - very nice!
Anyway, back to the wildlife and a few snaps over the last few days.
