Are you birding in Jordan or did you cross over from Israel to see it?Whilst on the subject what do you think of the recent claims of another species of Omani type owl? Or is this a variant on the above?I know it's early days but just a thought.Laurie -
Hi Laurie - Currently in Jordan, Yes, the Omani Owl is certainly an exciting find and more details can be found on the Sound Approach Blog, it sounds very different to the bird I saw the other day.Cheers
