Been bobbing about on the sea for the last 2 days, so good to be back on the patch today. Spent time looking for Glossy Ibis following the apparent influx into the South West, but the scrapes on the Otter are still bone dry!
A female/imm Garganey on the Otter was a pleasant surprise, despite the lack of any Ibis! Also today:
8 Ringed Plover
8 Dunlin
2 Common Sandpiper
20+ Teal
15+ Wigeon
Back to sea tomorrow!
